Eligibility Prerequisites:

These Sub Engineer posts will only be filled if the Applicants satisfy any of the education and residency requirements, specifically for these positions:

• In the case of Civil Sub Engineer (BPS-11)
• Option 1: A Civil Engineering degree with registration to the Pakistan Engineering Council and the intention of getting a strong second division from an HEC-accredited university.
• Option 2: A three-year course in Civil Engineering from the Sindh Board of Technical Education would also suffice.
• Option 3: The applicant has a Bachelor of Technology Honours in Civil Engineering however qualifies with a Second division pass or its equivalent from an HEC-accredited institution.

In the case of Electrical Sub Engineer (BPS-11)

• Option 1: Applicants should first consider registering with the PEC after obtaining a Second Degree Classification at the BE Electrical Engineering level from a university endorsed by HEC.
• Option 2: Approved DAE Electrical engineering spanning a duration of 3 years could also be considered.
• Option 3: However, if the institution where the qualification was obtained is listed under HEC the Second degree classification or its equivalent at a B-Tech Honors in Electrical Engineering would also qualify.

Additional Requirements:

• Domicile: The candidates should provide a domicile certificate of Sindh Province and should be residents of the province of Sindh.
• Age Limit: Relaxation in age limit as per policy of the government of Sindh is applicable where the age range is that of 21 to 28 years.

2. Complete the Online Application: The applicant has to provide all required information on the application form and the application is completed.
3. Generate the Fee Challan: Take a printout for the chargeless approved document from the system for Rs. 3010.
4. Submit the Application Fee: The payment of the application is only payable at any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL)’s designated MUET-CMD Account (Account Number: 00427991903403) and is non-returnable.
5. Upload Required Documents: Attach scanned copies of these documents below:

• Mobile CNIC (both sides)
• Domiciliary certificate
• PRC/Form D or permanent residence certificate
• Passport sized photograph
• All obtainable academic qualification documents and professional qualifications and vetting and licensing documents.

Important Information for Applicants:

• Documents sent through unknown mail or dropped in person at College are not acceptable.
• Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply for every post separately on all the forms and also pay the deficit for each separately.
• All the degrees supporting qualifications must be acquired on or before the day the application for employment is made.
