In the recent announcements for job opportunities that fall under the Consolidated Advertisement No. 19/2024, BPSC has specified that there are vacancies in the various departments that are extended to the able citizens of Balochistan who display motivation and zeal when it comes to serving the public. Departments with Vacant Positions

The posts are based in three major departments which include: Secondary Education, Prosecution, and Social Welfare. Let’s delve into the specifics:

Secondary Education Department

258 jobs for the position of Headmasters, Subject Specialists, and Assistant Directors B-17 in Schools are being advertised by this department. Both male and female candidates are in contention for the positions.

• Male Candidates:

1. Posts Available: 150
2. Zonal Allocation: Positions are disbursed for Kalat, Zhob, Nasirabad, Mekran, Quetta, Sibi, and Quetta City, and merit basis allocation.
3. Qualifications: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of Second Division from a recognized university
4. B.Ed with a minimum of second division
5. Age Limit: 18- 28 and for fresh candidates up to 43

• Female Candidates:

1. Posts Available: 108
2. Zonal Allocation: This is the same as a male section.
3. Qualifications:
4. Should cover at least 50% of the Master’ Supplementary degrees.
5. A B.Ed. which secured at least a second division or distinction should be relevant for the field.
6. Age Limit: 43 to 18 but age relaxation can be issued in special cases for applicants from 43 diverse years.

Prosecutors’ Department

Within the Department, twelve posts of Assistant District Procurements of B17 have been advertised.

• Zonal Allocation: Encompasses Kasur, Quetta, and Lawar Mazadurien whilst cross-border quotas include Zhob, Nasirabad, Mekran, and Quetta alongside slots that are merit based.
• Qualifications:

1. Has obtained a minimum of a second-grade Bachelors’ Degree from an institution recognized internationally in the Law field.
2. The candidates will also face discipline-based examinations including a General English test and a Law test, both valued at 40 and 60 marks respectively.

• Male and female will however be limited age-wise as only those aged up to 28 years and within age relaxation conditions will be shortlisted.
• Eligibility: All genders are approved to place candidatures.

Note: Do not file another candidature if candidating for the same position that was earlier advertised under number 06 of 2024

Welfare Team, a designated department has created:

• A maximum of 48 Assistant Social Welfare Officers are planned to be employed and paid on scale B16.
• Zone allocation  Inclusion of Kalat, or Sibi to just name two alongside merit placements for more diversity.
• Eligibility Criteria: Any gender is welcome to apply for this position.

Important Notes for Applicants

The following are a few important points to note:

1. Age Calculation: Age is required on the application submission date.

3. A candidate applying for this position should attach their district’s local/domicile certificate.
4. For married female candidates, the husband’s domicile can be used but the married certificate should be provided.
5. Experience: Work during or before graduation is treated as relevant experience.
6. Zonal Allocations z: The 1991 Government Policy of Balochistan is applied for recruitment zonal allocation.

2. Fill out the form for the application and download the application’s challan form.

• Fee Submission:

1. Pay an application fee of 800 PKR to the National Bank of Pakistan/State Bank of Pakistan through C02101.
2. Enclosed the application with the paid receipt.

• Documents Required:

Enclose a certified copy of the following :

1. CNIC
2. four (04) recent passport-sized photographs.
3. Educational certificates (Bachelor, Master, M Phil, PhD, etc)
4. Experience letters where necessary.
5. Local/Domicile letter.

• Submission Deadline:

1. The deadline for applications is February 3, 2025, and no applications after it will be accepted. Also, incomplete applications will not be accepted.

• Test Information:

1. Bring along with your CNIC and proof of deposit during your fee while coming for the written test.
2. Candidates who advance past the shortlisting phase will be informed via SMS or email regarding the subsequent level of testing or interviews.
