• Educational Requirements:

1. A 4-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security.
2. A Masters degree in Cyber Security will be an edge
3. All degrees have to be verified and attested by the Higher Education Commission HEC.

Assistant Director, Governance, Risk Assessment and Compliance

• Educational Requirements:

1. A 4-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security.
2. All degrees must be authenticated by the Higher Education Commission.

Key Responsibilities and Skill Requirements

For Deputy Director

• Experience:

1. Having at least 8 years of professional experience post-graduation, with a minimum of 3 years spent in roles involving governance, risk management, or compliance.
2. Certifications such as ISO 27001, CISA, or CGEIT would provide an advantage.

• Skills and Expertise:

1. Knowledge regarding standard industry security frameworks, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST Framework, and CIS Controls.
2. Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, risk identification, risk mitigation strategies, and policy development.
3. A strong comprehension of current cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, threat management practices, and best practices adopted by the industry.
4. Expertise in preparing security audit reports, authoring standard operating procedures, and performing ISO-compliant audits.
5. Excellent communication and analytical abilities to monitor compliance, manage risks, and enact effective strategies.
6. Hands-on experience managing security information and event management systems, mobile and web application security, and application programming interface reviews.
7. Familiarity with incorporating security measures into the software development lifecycle.

For Assistant Director

• Experience:

1. Having at least 3 years of professional experience post-graduation, with a minimum of 2 years spent in roles involving governance, risk management, or compliance.
2. Certification in ISO 27001 would be an advantage.

• Skills and Expertise:

1. A solid comprehension of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Framework, and CIS Controls.
   Understanding of incident response processes, threat landscapes, and Cybersecurity technologies
2. Background in risk assessment, policy creation, and incident report generation.
3. SOAR tools experience in enhancing SOC effectiveness
4. Experience in implementing the EPP and EDR tools

Terms and Conditions

1. Successful candidates will be employed on a 5-year contract with the possibility of an extension if needed.
2. NADRA can accept or reject any application with no reason.
3. Tests or interviews will only be conducted to short-list candidates.
4. Answering with incorrect information will result in immediate disqualification.
5. At the time of application, applicants playing in public or semi-public establishments must specify a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
6. 5 years age relaxation already given in max.
7. Selected candidates will have to submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
8. Candidates are not allowed to bring TA/DA on the test/interview.
9. All the academic credentials must be verified by HEC or relatable regulatory bodies at interview time.
