Corporate Governance Unit

• Team Director (MP-I)

1. Vacancies: 1
2. Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ professional knowledge in Public Financial Management, especially in accounting or finance in Pakistan or abroad.
  Experience in a governance role including corporate planning policy making, or corporate strategy.
• Experience in managing teams in leadership positions resulting in effective outcomes.
• Educational Qualifications: Minimum of 16 years of education in Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field from a reputable institution. Those with ACA, ACCA, or ICAP certifications will be given top priority.
• Interested candidates should have worked either in the Public or Private or NGO sector and may apply.

Performance & Monitoring Specialist (MP-II)

• Vacancies: 1
• Key requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of financial management with a minimum of 8 years in performance monitoring, policy, or strategy formulation.
2. Proven competence in the area of system design, development, and implementation.
3. Educational qualifications: 16 years of education in economics, accounting, finance, or other related field. PhD in any of the fields will be an added advantage. Such other certifications i.e. of PMP or CFA certificated will be an asset.
4. Candidates with work experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations will be preferred.

Internal Support Unit (ISU)

• Team Lead (MP-I)
• Vacancies: 2
• Key requirements:

1. Over Ten years of experience in management and senior leadership roles with responsibilities involving strategic operations management and supervision of most functions of the teams.
2. Excellent organizational management and competitive edge in strategy.
   Educational Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of education in Economics, Finance, Management, or any allied discipline. Such candidates who are enrolled in the higher tier educational institutes would be given preference.

1. More than 8 years of management within a multi-facility organization with a specific focus/involvement in financial management with involvements in risk of debt and/or analysis of long-term perspectives.
2. Key responsibilities include the development of a risk management approach and an advanced understanding of long-term public debt strategies.
3. Educational Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of education in Finance, Management, Accounting, or any other relevant field. Having completed certification in CFA, ACA, PMP, etc will benefit your application.

Financial Analyst (MP-III)
