Position Overview
Job Title: Section In-charge – Board Committees Wings (OG-II / OG-I)
Location: Office of Secretary Board of Directors, Karachi
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Graduation from an HEC-recognized university or an equivalent degree is necessary.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution and specifically as a company secretary is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Effective communication and a seamless experience using MS Office. Report writing experience is required as well.
- Intelligent professional with a detail-oriented Approach
- Effective multi-tasking and management prioritization skills
- Skills to set up and coordinate the planning of Board Committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities
In the capacity of Section In-charge – Board Committees Wings, your responsibility will be to facilitate documentation of processes for the Bank’s Board Committees. Your role involves:
- Meeting Arrangements:
- Planning and coordinating meetings of the Board Committees.
- Liaising with teams involved and compiling any updates and decisions in readiness for submission to the Board.
- Editing & Rewriting:
- Copywriting of letters, reports, and other papers of the Board Committees.
- Distribution of all materials for the meeting after compilation and review and sending them out in good time.
- Administrative Support:
- Booking venues/rooms for planned meetings in the Boardroom.
- Doing other assignments given by supervisors in the accomplishment of the smooth operation of the Centre.
The appointee for this position must be a self-motivated person who possesses excellent organizational skills as well as multi-tasking capabilities.
