Available Positions

MNS UET three key positions, contracts, up to three years. It is looking for candidates with a mix of experience, commitment, and subject knowledge for these important leadership posts.

Registrar (BS-20)

• Age Requirement: 35 to 50 years
• Vacancies: 1

Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Equivalent Qualification:

1. Awarded by the HEC-recognized institution.
2. Shall have a minimum of eight years of university or comparable teaching and/or administrative experience in public as well as private universities or similar organizations.

• An MS/M.Phil or Equivalent Qualification:

1. From the institution recognized by HEC.
2. A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in either Teaching or Administrative work.

• Master’s Degree or its Equivalent Qualification:

1. From an institution recognized by HEC.
2. A minimum of twelve years of post qualification either teaching or administrative experience.

Treasurer (BS-20)

• Age Requirement: 40 to 50 years
• Vacancies: 1

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Ph.D. in Finance/Ph.d. in commerce, accounting or auditing:

1. Must be acquired from the HEC-recognized institutions.
2. Post-qualification experience of at least eight years after qualifying examination in a relevant field.

• MS/M.Phil in Finance/ MS in Commerce/ MS in Accounting:

1. From an HEC-recognized institution.
2. Ten (10) years or more post-qualification experience in any relevant area.

• Master’s Degree (MBA, M.Com, ACCA or ACMA):

1. From recognized HEC institutions.
2. 12 or more years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Controller of Examinations (BS-20)

• Age Requirement: Adults between the ages of 35 yrs to 50
• Vacancies: 1

Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants are required to satisfy at least one of the following criteria:

• Ph.D. or Equivalent Qualification:

1. From an HEC-recognized institution.
2. At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in teaching or administration in University or similar Institution.

• MS/M.Phil. or Equivalent Qualification:

1. From an HEC-recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching or administrative practice in a relevant field.

• Master’s Degree or Equivalent Qualification:

1. From an HEC-recognized institution.
2. At least, 12 years of post-qualification teaching or administrative experience in a public or private University or Institution.

Application Procedures

Required Documents:

One must complete the application, which must include the following items:

1. Six passport-sized photos (recent).
2. Attested photocopies of educational certificates, degrees, education qualification certificates, and transcripts.
3. Experience certificate, domicile, and CNIC.
4. A bank draft of five thousand rupees (Rs. 5000/-) in favor of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology Multan.

1. Application forms shall be addressed to the Registrar MNS UET, Multan.
2. Application forms may be personally delivered or sent through a reliable courier to the Registrar’s Office.

Verification Process:

1. A candidate who wishes to be appointed as a Treasurer has to produce equivalence certificates from HEC if the degree was issued by an autonomous body.

Deadline:

1. Applications to the various positions must be made on or before December 4th, 2024.

1. Applications that are submitted late or that are incomplete will not be accepted.
