Job Title- Police Communication Officer Position
PSCA is hiring 519 Police Communication Officers to complete the ongoing Safe City projects in various cities of Punjab. The involvement and participation of these officers are important for the PSCA to achieve safer cities through better communication and surveillance. The distribution of positions, therefore, is:
- Rawalpindi: 30 positions
- Faisalabad: 30 positions
- Gujranwala: 30 positions
- Smart Safe Cities Projects (Punjab excluding Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala & Lahore): 263 Positions
- PPIC3 Centre, Lahore: 166 Posts
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Police Communication Officer position, applicants must meet these requirements:
- Age Limits:
- Men: Up to 25 years of age
- Women: Up to 28 years of age
Age is calculated as per the Application Deadline.
Residence: Candidates must be of Punjab domicile.
Education:
BCS, BBA (IT), BS Telecom,, MBA-IT, MCS MSc IT or Equivalent degree in technology and Communication done with 16 years of education.
Skill Set:
- Typing at 30 words per minute;
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel);
- Strong written and verbal English & Urdu.
- Additional Experience: Previous experience in Police Departments, IT Projects, or Call Centers is a plus.

Position Title: Chief Operating Officer Punjab
Required Documentation:
- Attach all required documents (HEC verified degree/transcript/equivalence of the foreign degrees) with this form.
- Successful candidates must produce a Police Verification Report from the relevant District Special Branch / CID of the Punjab Police.
- Important Guidelines:

Selection Process
- Testing and Interviews:
- Only those candidates who meet eligibility criteria and submit all the documents will be called for a written test.
- Those successful in the testing phase will be considered for an interview.
- Quotas:
- To extend equal opportunities to all eligible groups, recruitment will abide by the quota instructions notified by the Government of Punjab.
- Training and Job Assignment:
- All successful candidates will need to complete a full training/induction program relevant to the role.
- On completion of their training, Police Communication Officers will be assigned various deployments across the Province in line with institutional requirements. Per PSCA, Candidates must be willing to work in any district

- PSCA may make adjustments in hiring as needed.
