Available Batches and Roles
SME Batch Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets and ensure balanced portfolio growth across SME and Corporate segments.
- Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Identify business opportunities, structure financing solutions, and manage credit proposals.
- Drive cross-selling of banking products and generate fund/non-funded business.
- Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely collections.
Trade Batch Responsibilities
- Drive trade sales by onboarding new customers and strengthening existing relationships.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities and generate business through internal coordination.
- Conduct customer visits, manage sales pipelines, and submit visit reports.
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure complaint resolution.
- Ensure timely dissemination of trade-related updates and information.
Agriculture Credits Batch Responsibilities
- Promote and achieve agricultural credit product targets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for end-to-end process completion.
- Manage recovery and collection activities for assigned portfolios.
- Conduct stock and field inspections and submit reports.
- Process renewal and review of credit facilities.
- Maintain proper records and file management.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.

Note: Candidates with agriculture-related qualifications or specializations will have an advantage for the Agriculture Credits Batch.
CGPA Requirement
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Or 75% marks or equivalent

- Up to 27 years on the application closing date
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
